Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (depending on the destination country/city, parcel weight, and the selected carrier).

Estimated delivery times:

- Ukraine (Nova Poshta): 3–7 business days

- Other countries (Nova Post Global / Nova Poshta): 1.5–4 weeks

Order dispatch
We pack and hand your parcel over to the carrier within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed (usually faster; this timeframe is a buffer).

Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number/link by email.

Possible delays
During peak periods, as well as due to weather conditions or logistics restrictions, delivery times may be extended.

Customs fees (for international orders)
Any customs duties/taxes in the recipient’s country (if applicable) are paid by the buyer.
