Returns & Refund Policy
1. General conditions
Consumers may request an exchange or return of an unused item of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (the delivery day is not counted), provided that:
- the item has not been used and shows no signs of wear, washing, or damage;
- the original condition and consumer properties are preserved;
- tags/labels (if applicable) and original packaging are intact;
- proof of purchase is available (receipt/order confirmation/shipping document).
2. Items not eligible for return/exchange
In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 (list of non-returnable/non-exchangeable goods of proper quality), we do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- underwear/intimates (briefs, bras, bodysuits, corsets, tops, nightwear, etc.);
- hosiery (socks, tights, etc.);
- items/accessories that have direct contact with the body (if applicable to our ассортимент).
3. How to request a return or exchange

Contact us and let us know you would like to request a return/exchange. Please include:
- order number;
- item name;
- reason for return/exchange (brief);
- full name and phone number.

Get instructions and the return address
The return address is provided only after your return is approved by our manager. Returns sent without prior approval and without receiving the current return address/instructions may not be accepted for processing. -
Send the item back
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases where the issue is our mistake (see Section 6).
4. Inspection
After the parcel arrives, we inspect the item within up to 5 business days. If it meets the return conditions, we confirm the return/exchange.
5. Refunds
Once the return is approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method (or to a bank account, subject to agreement/technical capability) within up to 5 business days.
The following are not refundable:
- the original shipping cost;
- the return shipping cost (unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case);
- bank/payment processing fees (if applicable);
- cash-on-delivery service fees (if applicable).
6. Wrong item / defect
If you received:
- the wrong item (wrong size/model/color), or
- an item with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage,
please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos/videos. In such cases, we will offer a free exchange or a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
7. When a return may be refused
We may refuse a return/exchange if:
- the 14-day period has expired;
- tags/labels are missing or the item shows signs of use;
- the item is on the non-returnable list;
- the returned item does not match the request/order details.
